No partner. No choreography. Just your social-dance skills, musicality and ability to connect with whoever you draw.
Jack n' Jill is a social-dance competition. You register individually as a Lead or Follow, then dance with randomly assigned partners to music selected by the competition team.
The goal is not to reproduce a prepared routine. Judges want to see how well you adapt, communicate, stay musical and create a great dance in real time.
Register on your own. Random partners are part of the format.

Competitors must check in before the competition.
Be competition-ready and nearby before your division is called.
Social-dance improvisation with randomly assigned partners.
Each round includes three songs. Music may include modern, sensual, remix and traditional Bachata.
In quarterfinals and semifinals, Leads rotate one partner down counterclockwise during two equally spaced rotations, with the DJ clearly cueing each change. In the finals, there will be one rotation.
After each song, Leads rotate one partner down. Couples then connect arm in arm and the entire group rotates about one-quarter of the circle for fair visibility.
Judging is individual, not by couple. Earlier rounds are judged by role; in finals, judges evaluate all competitors.
If the ratio is very uneven, dancers from the same level may be asked to dance again to fill the need; they are not judged for that second appearance. If the ratio is close but not exact, extras are placed between couples.
Quarterfinals and semifinals use eight rotations across the three songs. Finals use five rotations. With six finalist couples, the finals format allows each dancer to dance with every partner once. Any solo time caused by an uneven Lead/Follow ratio is not judged.
