I understand the importance of consulting a physician before engaging in physical activities and agree to follow all instructions provided by CSDC and its instructors. In consideration of participation, I release the Canadian Salsa Dance Corporation, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any liability, claims, or actions arising from participation and agree to indemnify them against any related claims or damages. By purchasing a ticket, I affirm that I have read and understood these terms and sign them freely and voluntarily."
Submit your performance request by July 1st, 2024, including team details like name, city, and number of performers per team. Within two weeks of submitting your application, you will receive an email from the organizers. If approved, you will receive instructions to register each performer. Please note that applying does not guarantee confirmation to perform. Every dancer must purchase their performer pass online using a special code provided upon approval.
